I’m a multi sport enthusiast regularly cycling , running, kayaking, hiking and snowboarding (seasonal, snow only!).
I’ve done several European multi day mini adventures including hiking and white water rafting in the Pyrenees in Spain , Via Ferrata traverse of the Dolomites in Italy, hiking to the top of Jebel Toubkal mountain in Morrocco 4200m , and a hiking traverse of the Serra Tramuntana in Mallorca prior to this cycle tour.
I enjoy weekends with the grandchildren but manage to squeeze in enough training for our often epic multi day touring trips.
I’m probably best known for having a very understanding/ tolerant wife.
